Come to Reno for an amazing weekend of competition and fun.  Reno is a great opportunity to bring your teams from California, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, and Nevada together to compete with teams you’ve not yet met up with in a very competitive environment.  Traveling to Reno is easy, whether by car, plane or even train and the hotels are clean and close to game locations.

The tournament has partnership agreements in place to ensure all levels of competition will be available.  You can expect your team will be matched up with the appropriate group to make all games have purpose and value for your team.

Sanctioning Agreement

General Tournament Information:

  • As many brackets as possible will consist of 6 or 8 teams. 8 team brackets will have a 3rd place match.
  • Please make sure to have your tournament book, player cards and all documentation with you.
  • Deadline to apply is September 6th, groups may fill up prior to this date so please apply and get payment in earlier if you plan to attend.
  • Teams are not charged application fees until they are accepted. Refunds will be provided to teams that withdraw from the tournament prior to the application deadline, minus a $50 administrative fee. Teams requesting to withdraw following acceptance, after the application deadline, must do so by contacting the tournament director. However, they shall forfeit 50% of their application fee and only 50% shall be refunded. Withdrawals for any reason requested within 14 days of the tournament shall receive no refund.
  • Payment is due by September 6th, but groups may fill up prior. Refunds will be given should the ENTIRE tournament be called off due to weather or unmanageable issues minus $100 admin fees.
  • Stay and Play is required for this event.
  • Simple check in process. When you arrive to the tournament, you will simply turn in a signed event roster, pick up your team packet and be ready to play.
  • Players will not be allow to play down from their actual age group. No exceptions.

Teams will be accepted following this criteria:

  1. Teams traveling from outside our area will receive automatic acceptance upon application, final acceptance will be completed when minimum 4 teams have applied to the age group.
  2. Level of competitiveness in age group.
  3. Order of application and payment received.
